What is included in the price?
Everything is included: overnight stays and tourist tax, a parking space in front of the residence, access 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm to the heated indoor pool and sauna (and the tennis court in summer), bedding and linen (including one bathrobe per person), a welcome pack with regional specialities and, in summer, two My Explorer Cards. These give free access to many activities (mini golf, Le Sporting pool, ice rink, pedal boats…) or preferential rates (ski lifts, Flocoon by Cinq Mondes spa, Fondation Opale…).
What time can we arrive?
Check-in is from 4pm, but the apartment is often ready earlier, and you can always drop off your luggage before then. Arriving late? No problem: the apartment has a key box.
What is your cancellation policy?
Full refund if you cancel more than 14 days before arrival. Between 14 days and 48 hours before arrival, 50% of the amount is refunded. Less than 48 hours before arrival, no refund is possible.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, your four-legged friends are welcome. Just let us know when you book.
Do I need a car?
No. The slopes, golf course, shops, restaurants and lake are all within walking distance, and the resort’s whole town bus network is free, with a stop 200 m away. If you come by car, a free parking space awaits you in front of the residence.
